Position Type : Contract

Client is not willing to sponsor visas at this point.

  • 3-5 years of Experience in handling Domino Clients and Servers
  • Good Communication and Customer Service Skills coupled with good interpersonal/team skills
  • Experience in Lotus Notes Development using Lotus Script, Lotus Formula language, HTML, CSS JavaScript.
  • Understanding of LEI jobs
  • Good understanding of network concepts
  • Good understanding of the tasks - mailbox creation, distribution lists creation, calendar scheduling, domino client issues, manage ACL for Mailboxes and Database, database quota, agent/view creation, rename groups, update group owners & delete groups, create mail-in databases and generic IDs
  • Perform Name Changes, Mail File Moves, re-certification of users
  • Mail (how-to/troubleshoot) delivery failures, access delegation, quotas, error messages, OOO, mail rules, preferences settings, etc
  • Calendar (how-to/troubleshoot) room reservations, access delegation, errors, preferences settings, etc.
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues with Servers/Replication/Monitoring/SMTP Mail Routing
  • Work Experience with Server back-up/restores. 
  • Awareness about Intelliwatch/McAfee
  • Exposure to Webmail
  • Sametime Connect Client (using groups, online meetings, sharing desktop)

Exposure to MS Exchange will be an added advantage.
